New Custom Dimension Plastic Bulk Containers from Universal Package Systems Can be Built to Exact Customer Specifications

DALE, IN (May 12, 2009) – Universal Package Systems has introduced its new custom dimension, cut and weld plastic bulk containers. The company uses standard size plastic bulk bins, to build new containers with widths ranging from 12” to 48”, and virtually any length or height. Unlike off-the-shelf containers, Universal can also incorporate drop doors, open walls, and solid walls on any or all sides of the containers, in any combination.

Universal’s cut and weld containers allow customers to match the container size to their part sizes perfectly, eliminating wasted space that may occur inside a standard size container. They also optimize warehouse space usage and transport costs, and can be stacked, stored and shipped, just as standard size containers can. All of the company’s cut and weld containers come with a one year warranty.

The new containers feature 4-way or 2-way fork lift entry – depending on the dimensions and customer specifications - and can be built as a collapsible, or rigid box. Universal Package Systems can also design custom dunnage to perfectly fit the new cut and weld containers.
